Here are two to start with (you\u2019ll find more exercises in the accompanying booklet provided with each of our acupressure mats):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Breathing Exercise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Close your eyes and inhale deeply, expanding your belly for a count of 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold the air in for a count of 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6, allowing your belly to contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat this process for 4 more breaths, counting each moment in your head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meditation Exercise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As thoughts arise, let them pass without dwelling on them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not try to control or eliminate these thoughts. Simply observe them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue this practice for as long as you like, maintaining calm, deep abdominal breathing. This study was conducted with 325 people using the Climsom Zen acupressure mat. The results exceeded our expectations, with a <strong>satisfaction rate of 97%<\/strong>, as indicated by this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climsom.com\/blog\/en\/truth-about-effectiveness-acupressure-mats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">survey data<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>75% of respondents use the acupressure mat primarily in the evening<\/strong>. This time of day is seen as the most opportune <strong>for self-care and releasing the day&rsquo;s accumulated tension<\/strong>. This is not surprising, considering that we spend an average of 7 hours a day sitting, highlighting the importance of the acupressure mat in maintaining <strong>good blood circulation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While evening use is recommended for sleep issues or after a stressful day, morning use is suggested for those feeling low on energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, some people use the mat before or after exercise sessions. <strong>A few have become so fond of it that they incorporate a session both in the morning and evening<\/strong>.
