Description

The Climsom Zen acupressure mat allows you to enjoy the benefits of acupressure with a 100% organic cotton cover and a 100% organic coconut fibre mat.
Such materials are not only more ecologic but also more comfortable and more lasting.

The Climsom Zen acupressure mat includes 210 discs with 33 acupressure spikes, making a total of 6930 points.
This number of spikes, their shape and the spacing between the discs form a harmonious whole that is more important than the numbers themselves.
It is indeed important to have neither too few nor too many spikes. Too few spikes will make the experience painful, while too many spikes will make it less effective because each individual spike will exert less pressure, which is necessary for acupressure to be effective.

Our innovative acupressure pillow combines the benefits of acupressure with heat/cool therapy and the natural properties of the best organic spelt or millet.
It ensures maximum analgesic effect and relief of tension in the areas where it most frequently builds up (neck and shoulders).
It also helps relaxation and recovery.

Made in France, the inner cushion is made of organic spelt or millet husks, and will bring you unequalled comfort and well-being.

Climsom Zen, the ultimate wellness mat!
All you have to do is to lie on the acupressure mat for a few minutes each day and let yourself go for a moment of absolute well-being...
Recognised and adopted by thousands of clients, acupressure works in several ways:

- It boosts blood circulation, which has the effect of eliminating toxins, reoxygenating the blood and helping to transport the nutrients essential to our well-being and health.

- It releases endorphins and ocitocin: these two well-being hormones will give you an immediate feeling of well-being, graduallyhelping you reach a state of optimal relaxation.

- It relieves pain immediately by relaxing the nervous system.

- It acts in depth: the effects are not only immediate, it acts on the causes in the longer term for a lasting relief.

Benefits

Acupressure can be practiced by everyone, young and old. Completely natural and without any side effects, acupressure is like yoga, a discipline that allows you to keep a healthy mind in a healthy body and that can be practiced all year round for a preventive effect and a daily well-being!

jambes lourdes et acupression

Back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, arthritis, sciatica or muscle pain?
Acupressure is for you! By releasing endorphins, acupressure will initially relieve your pain. By restarting the blood circulation, acupressure will help to release the various tensions and contractures that aggravate your pain. It will relax the muscles in depth, release the pressure between the vertebrae, improve blood and nerve circulation in the back and improve the hydration of the vertebral discs.
Increased blood flow will also help bring nutrients and repair damaged organic tissues.

Problems with heavy legs, varicose veins, restless legs?
Acupressure enhance blood circulation. It will not only act immediately on pain and heaviness but will also in the long term, fight against poor blood circulation and the appearance of varicose veins or more severe problems (e.g. oedema).

Stress, anxiety?
Practicing acupressure several times a week allows you to relax and release muscle tension. If it is not always easy to meditate or practice yoga, with acupressure you have nothing to do but lie down on the acupressure mat and relax.

Sleep disorders, insomnia?
By releasing endorphins and relaxing the muscles, acupressure will help you to relax. The improved blood circulation will bring a wave of beneficial warmth throughout your body and gradually lead you to an optimal state of relaxation, ideal for falling asleep quickly.

AN ELOQUENT STUDY

We conducted a survey of 325 Climsom Zen acupressure mat users.

According to the survey, 80% use the acupressure mat for back pain and 48% for stress and relaxation and 1 in 4 people also sleep better with acupressure.
The benefits appear after the very first session or after only a few days for 77% of the people questioned.

Climsom Zen Acupressure Pillow: how to choose between Millet or Spelt filling?

The cushion filled with millet husks:

Very comfortable, soft and extremely malleable (a bit like an anti-stress ball), it will adapt to all morphologies. It has a "natural shape memory" comfort that is soft and supple.
It provides ergonomic support for the head, neck and back. It also has the advantage of not making any noise because the millet husk is very fine.

USE :
> Interesting for the neck in a lying position in addition to the acupressure mat, as it is very comfortable and malleable. It will perfectly fit the shape of your neck and will favour a physiological position.

If you are hesitating between the two cushions and you know that you will use your cushion lying down and for the neck, the millet is certainly your best choice.

The cushion filled with spelt husks:

Firmer than the millet-filled cushion, it also provides excellent support and is recommended for people who prefer firmness or for specific use (e.g. for the back, sitting on a chair). This cushion also has very good thermal properties.

USE :
> Interesting for use in a sitting position, behind the lumbar region or the head, or even in an upright position along the spine
> Interesting for use under the calves, knees and thighs (blood circulation)
> Interesting for sports recovery: activates microcirculation and thus detoxification and tissue repair. The dome shape of this pillow facilitates more tonic applications on/under different parts of the body (calves, knees, thighs, back)
> Interesting for the neck in a lying position in addition to the acupressure mat for people looking for a firm support of the neck.

These cushions act by micro-support, locking your head in the desired position and allowing a total relaxation of the neck and shoulder muscles, thus favouring their relaxation and blood circulation.

The millet and spelt contained in the cushions are of the highest quality. They are made up of only organic spelt or millet husks.
The high quality and large volume of fillings gives these acupressure pillows great mechanical and thermal comfort.
Your cushion will maintain its temperature longer than any other heating cushion. The Climsom cushion is made in France, and particular care is taken with the finish and quality.

USE

Have 15 to 20 minutes session, everyday or whenever you feel the need.
Bare skin or with a light T-shirt to begin with.

Adaptation time may be necessary in order to find a state of personal comfort. Most users report an adaptation time that can vary from 1 to 7 days on average.
After this period, 97% feel comfort and wellbeing.
You can thus start with small sessions of a few minutes 2 to 3 times per week and increase the time as you go along, at your own pace, then move on to daily sessions.

Thermotherapy and acupressure pillow: what use for what effect?

“Hot” version: for contractures and muscle pains. The heat will relax the muscle and soothe the pain while providing a feeling of intense relaxation increased by the combination with acupressure.

“Cold” version: for neuralgia, inflammations ans bruises. The coolness reduces the inflammation and calms the pain.

How to warm-up your cushion?

Remove the cover with the spikes and place the inner cushion only in your microwave or oven.
Never place the cover with the spikes on, as the plastic may melt.
In the microwave: 1 to 2 minutes maximum (500 watts) - If you are not sure of the power of your appliance, do several tests gradually.
In a traditional oven: 12 minutes maximum at 120°C or 20 minutes maximum at 60°C.

Do not heat the cushion several times in a row so as to avoid overheat.
Leave at least one hour between sessions.
Make sure your oven or microwave is clean before heating your cushion.
Knead your cushion from time to time so that the filling of the cushion is evenly distributed.

How to cool your cushion?
Place it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes in a plastic bag for moderate freshness.
Or 20 to 40 minutes in the freezer in a plastic bag for intense freshness.

Coussin de fleurs posted the 09/08/2023 by Isabelle
Après l'inconfort des premières séances, un soulagement s'installe: moins de raideurs, de contractures et de douleurs. Une séance quotidienne pour se faire du bien, sans effets secondaires !

Tapis de fleurs posted the 09/08/2023 by Isabelle
Dispositif vivement recommandé par mon kinésithérapeute ... Les premières séances sont courtes et très inconfortables, comme prévu ... Mais la régularité et la persévérance font des merveilles: un vrai bien-être commence à se faire sentir !

Conquise ! posted the 28/04/2023 by Pascale B
